My name is Victoria and I am a fully certified fitness instructor specialising in Pilates, Exercise for Older Adults, Pure Stretch and Pre and Post-Natal Exercise (specialising in Pilates).

I run classes in York at both gyms and in the community and I hope you find this website useful to explain a bit about what I do and what you’ll get out of my classes.

Firstly, all my community classes are drop in sessions, which means you have no contract and can come along to any class whenever it suits you and pay as you go. No upfront fees and no missed class fees. It is entirely up to you when you attend your sessions.

Community classes are very important to me as I aim to cater for everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level. I welcome beginners, improvers and intermediate to advanced levels in all of my classes. There will definitely be something you can do. And I will help you do the best YOU can do and encourage you all the way.

Classes

Pilates

Pilates is all about improving your posture, core strength and flexibility. It’s suitable for absolutely everyone so regardless of age, fitness level or experience there will be a level for you in all my classes that will be achievable.

Exercise For 50+ (Legs Bums and Tums)

All the things you need to be doing as you get older, you’ll do in these fun and friendly weekly community classes. It’s a varied class including aerobics and body conditioning, and suitable for every level of fitness & exercise experience.

Pure Stretch & Relax

We stretch a bit of everything here – spine, hips, shoulders and legs – focusing on lengthening and strengthening your body and increasing suppleness and flexibility. Pure Stretch & Relax offers something for everyone and is suitable for all levels.

Pre & Post-Natal Exercise

All my classes can be adapted to suit pregnant ladies or those who have given birth and want to get back into exercise gently. You’ll be encouraged to work where you are comfortable to get you back into shape as and when you’re ready.
