We start the session with a cardio workout. In plain speak, something aerobic based to get the body warm and the heart pumping a little bit faster! There will always be an option to march if for example you don’t fancy a jog, half jacks instead of full jacks, impact or no impact, the choice is yours. No pressure, you do what you are comfortable doing.
We then move on to some kind of strength work and this might be with equipment such as a step or weights or we might just use our own bodies to work that little bit harder.
