A little bit about my journey into fitness
I started really focusing on my fitness 20 years ago when I was 22. I wanted to start a family in the future and I was unhappy with my weight. At 18.5 stone, I didn’t feel that great about myself and really wanted to lose weight, eat better and change my lifestyle.
I joined Weight Watchers and Energise gym (where I now teach 8 classes) and over 2 years I lost just over 8 stone. I have kept that 8 stone off and never looked back.
I always wanted to teach so began with a qualification in exercise to music. From there I progressed to qualifications in step aerobics, aqua fit, group cycle, pure stretch, Pilates, pre and post-natal and exercise for older adults. I have a lovely husband and 2 mostly lovely teenage children who keep me busy outside of my work!

If you wish to make an appointment for a one to one or group session, again please send me an email to discuss your requirements. One to one sessions start at £30 depending on your location and group bookings start at £40.
