This is a class that I run in community once a week and privately as a one to one or a small group session. It focuses on your flexibility: how to improve it and how to stretch out your muscles to become more supple.

You will stretch a little bit of everything in my sessions, spine, hips, shoulders and legs always get a look in. And if there’s time for a little bit more, then we will stretch that too. If you’re a fitness fanatic, it will compliment your regime perfectly to help you do whatever you do, better.

Where and when
- Pure Stretch classes are held at 10.30am every Friday morning.
- All classes are in St Aidan’s Hall, Ridgeway, Acomb and cost £5.00.
- If you can’t make the Friday class or would like more stretching, try a Pilates drop in class!
